Terms of Service

AsliVerify provides an AI image-match and token-issuance service for product-return verification. AsliVerify is a verification layer — we integrate with Customer's existing returns platform. We do not replace Customer's returns platform or process refunds directly.

• Provide accurate SKUs, product imagery baselines, and drop-off location registration data; AsliVerify's matching accuracy depends on baseline quality.
• Maintain consent and notice to end-customers in Customer's jurisdiction that return-item images are processed by AsliVerify.
• Indemnify AsliVerify against claims arising from Customer's failure to obtain end-customer consent.

Verification latency p95 under 4 seconds. Service availability target: 99.5% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced 72 hours in advance.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Customer data export is provided within 30 days of termination; secure deletion certificate within 60 days.

AsliVerify's total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AsliVerify does not warrant that the service will identify all fraudulent returns; the service reduces fraud exposure, it does not eliminate it.
